The vast majority are in their 30s and see this as an opportunity to save a bit on their car insurance. Just goes to prove, despite me attempting to convince them to the contrary, that they have no clue about planning for retirement and I guess this is pretty common in that age bracket. In my opinion it makes a mockery of insurance fundamentals and, like you, wonder where you draw the line. Could I claim I am being discriminated against because my life insurance premiums are double those of my wife, even though I am overweight and my family have a history of heart disease?
